CREATE ACCOUNT

Open the resident portal and register using your valid details to create your account.

APPLY BARANGAY ID AND WAIT FOR APPROVAL

Submit your Barangay ID application with complete information, then wait for barangay verification and approval.

CREATE HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS

Add all household members under your profile so future requests can be matched to your household records.

Submit and Track Requests

Choose a service, submit the form, and monitor updates from your dashboard until completion.

USER MANUAL

This page guides residents in using E-Barangay services from registration to tracking requests and securing their account.

1) Account Registration

  1. Open the Resident registration page and fill in complete personal and contact details.
  2. Use a valid email and an 11-digit contact number to pass validation.
  3. Create a password with at least 8 characters and submit your registration.
  4. After submission, your account is created with pending verification status.

2) Email Verification

  1. Open the verification email sent after registration and click the verification link.
  2. If the link is valid and not expired, your email is marked verified.
  3. Your account status changes to pending approval while waiting for barangay staff review.
  4. If the link is expired, request a resend before trying to log in again.

3) Login and Password Recovery

  1. Sign in with your registered email and password on the resident login page.
  2. Only approved accounts can fully access resident services.
  3. If you forgot your password, use Forgot Password and enter your email first.
  4. Answer your security question and provide your Barangay ID number to reset password.
  5. Set a new password, confirm it, then log in again.

4) Profile Management

  1. Go to your profile page after logging in.
  2. Review and update personal details such as name, birthdate, address, and contact info.
  3. Upload a profile photo if needed to keep your account record complete.
  4. Use the change password feature regularly for account security.

5) Household Management

  1. Open Household Management from your resident dashboard.
  2. Create a household profile to generate a household code.
  3. Add household members with complete details including role and residency information.
  4. Use the household code to invite members to join the same household record.
  5. Edit or remove member records when household information changes.

6) Appointment Requests

  1. Open the appointment page and choose your appointment purpose.
  2. Select your preferred date and available time slot.
  3. Enter complete concern details, then submit your appointment request.
  4. Track the request status from your resident pages after submission.
  5. Note that only up to 3 active appointments are allowed at one time.

7) Document Requests

  1. Go to Services and select your document type.
  2. Complete all required fields, including purpose and contact information.
  3. For requests that require IDs or files, upload valid supported file formats.
  4. Submit and wait for Pending, Approved, or Failed updates in My Requests.
  5. The system limits active non-Barangay-ID requests per resident account.

8) Barangay ID Application

  1. Open Services and choose Barangay ID transaction type: New, Register, Renewal, or Lost.
  2. Provide all required details for your selected type.
  3. Upload supporting files and ID photos when requested by the form.
  4. Submit and monitor status updates from your request tracking page.
  5. Only one active Barangay ID transaction is allowed at a time.

9) Incident Reporting

  1. Open the report incident page and select the correct incident category.
  2. Enter complete location details and set the proper priority level.
  3. Describe the incident clearly and attach photos if available.
  4. Submit your report and monitor updates from the system status timeline.

10) Suggestions and Feedback

  1. Open the suggestion page from the resident side.
  2. Enter a clear subject and message with specific recommendations.
  3. Keep your message within the form character limit.
  4. Submit and wait for acknowledgment from barangay staff.

11) My Requests and Status Tracking

  1. Open My Requests to view all submitted service requests.
  2. Filter by status to quickly check Pending, Approved, or Failed items.
  3. Open a request to review details and recent processing updates.
  4. Update editable pending request fields when correction is required.
  5. Mark notifications as read after reviewing updates.

12) Logout

  1. Click Logout from resident pages when you are done.
  2. This ends your current session and returns you to the public portal page.
  3. Always log out on shared devices to protect your account.

Use your dashboard to monitor each request status, review notes from staff, and check completion timelines.

Manage Your Account

Update your profile photo, contact information, and household details to keep your records current.

Security Best Practices

Use a strong password, do not share login details, and change your password immediately if you suspect account misuse.
